A: To ensure accurate measurements, please follow these recommendations:

1. Maintain physical and mental calmness before measurement to ensure your body is relaxed.

2. Correctly position the cuff before measurement, securing it on your arm with its lower edge approximately 2-3 cm (about 1 inch) above the bend of your elbow.

3. Sit still during measurement, keeping the cuff at heart level.

Note clothing impact: Do not place the cuff directly over thick clothing during measurement.

4. Understand data fluctuations: Reasonable variations in readings across different times (e.g., morning vs. evening) are normal. We recommend measuring at similar times daily to obtain more comparable trend data.
