Screening Tool, Not Diagnosis – This menopause test detects follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in urine with a sensitivity of 25 mIU/mL, provides preliminary insight into menopause stages. It is not a diagnosis tool for medical evaluation.
Track Hormonal Changes – Designed for at-home hormone monitoring, this FSH test kit is shelf stable and individually sealled helps track changes associated with hot flashes, night sweats, mood changes, irregular periods, and sleep disturbances.
Simple At-Home Testing – Hold the absorbent tip in the urine stream until fully saturated, place the test on a flat surface, wait 5 minutes, and read the result. No cups or lab visits required. Test with first morning urine for best results.
Clear Result Interpretation – Positive (2 lines) = Elevated FSH. Negative (1 line) = Normal FSH. Invalid = Insufficient saturation. Retest with first morning urine when FSH is most concentrated. Diluted urine may cause invalid results.
Retest for Better Context – FSH can fluctuate throughout your cycle. Test again 7–10 days later to confirm your pattern. Two consistent elevated results bring clearer information and strengthen your discussion with your healthcare proivder.
